About Me

So much to tell, so little time. (It's a busy era.) These days, I co-lead the Content Strategy Community of Practice at U.S. Bank while helping build a new management structure for the UX Design content discipline. I previously contributed to the bank's digital design system and wrote for its mobile app and website.

Offline, I'm writing a novel and personal essays about bad and comical times past (adventures in the Dayton's Bras and Girdles department, anyone?).
