Highlights from a presentation of a plan to preserve and augment the city's natural resource. I gathered data, created maps and wrote detailed recommendations.

This stormwater mitigation concept aimed to improve drainage for a condominium building and prevent erosion of the bluffs above the Mississippi River.  Combining engineering and native plantings, the plan reduces impact to the sensitive geology and improves appearance and function of the condo grounds.

By reorienting a building to preserve native vegetation, this senior residential campus was able to manage stormwater economically while creating a visual and experiential amenity.

Several blocks of housing were removed to make way for this new interchange on Toledo's I-75. Trees are planted on a grid that recalls the historic street pattern, with undulating native plantings strips cutting a swath across the landscape.
